We welcome you, your family and friends!  
Please fill out the the new parishioner registration form on the front cover of our Church Bulletin, cut, and place it in the collection basket during Mass.  We will then contact you by mail with your assigned contribution envelope number.  
You can also print out the official parishioner registration form found on the right hand column of this page, fill it out and mail it,  drop it off at the Parish Office, or place it in the collection basket during Mass.
*Please, print clearly so we can enter your information correctly into our records...


 

Contribution Envelopes

Once you have become a registered member of this parish, you will receive contribution envelopes with an assigned number.  These contribution envelopes are given to you in a box that contains all the envelopes needed for the year.  
New contribution envelopes arrive and are made available for pickup at the Church in December for the upcoming year.  All left over contributions envelopes will then be brought to the Parish Office.
*Please remember to utilize your assigned envelopes for your contributions so we can properly record your generous donations.
                                    *At your request, we can give you a contribution statement for your taxes.
